Try out some cool new sites such as wikispaces, voicethread and del.icio.us.

Mrs Schwarz would like to invite you to explore this site which supports our examination of painting as historical sources. Paintings can tell us a lot about historical events and people. They provide excellent evidence for historians, although the meaning behind the image is often debated.

Don't keep it to yourself, share it with your friends!

Hi Boys, I have started some discussion tabs at the top of pages within this site. Feel feel to click on them and comment. You might even like to ask me a question! From Mrs Schwarz :)

Hello 4S!

Have a look at the new instructions page. If you have forgotten what to do it will tell how to use this site. Don't like reading? There are some helpful HOW TO VIDEOS as well!

You have now tried out Wikispaces, Voice Thread and logged in to del.icio.us, let's start putting it all together. As you are searching for information about your painting, don't forget to post the site you visit to del.icio.us. Your network friends will be able to see what you have been visiting and get recommendations for good sites to visit. Have fun!!

Reminder
Your password for del.icio.us account should have a username similar to that of your intranet login. All passwords should be v1ncent (use the number 1). Add your network badge to the page on this site. You will then be able to share bookmarks with your friends.

When you get home you will have to put the quick posting badges on your browser (instructions here THIS IS A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT METHOD TO WHAT WE USED IN CLASS, JUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU WILL BE OK!). Then as you find information for the wikispace add it to your del.icio.us account. It will appear on your friend's accounts!

You should also feel free to create your own pages. If you don't like the paintings available find a new one and tell us all about it!!
